All items from Jen's Twinkle Creations are hand-made to order, from a small independent business and therefore will take time to be sent out - please contact us to discuss processing times should you have any concerns. thank you :)

For items that have a "custom" option, please leave details of your design in the "add a note" section on the cart page - thank you!

Postage & packing will be calculatedf automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items you order.

Currently we are sending all orders via the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.

Please note, the 48 hours is for postage time only, from our door to yours. Your order will take more time to arrive than that as it will be hand made to order :)
